We pride ourselves in a speedy dispatch time. All orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri will be sent out that day in first class post. This means generally UK orders received before lunchtime will arrive the following day. We try to do the same when possible on Saturday. if you have missed the lunchtime slot and need the DVD for a birthday or need to receive the item by a specific time please call our free phone number 0800 043 0264 and talk to one of us and we will do our best to help. All items are recorded so that in the advent of an item going missing we can follow it up with the post office.
Single order DVDs are dispatched in padded envelopes that fit through a traditional size letterbox but you may need to be on hand to meet the postman for orders larger than this.
